To obtain a membership at MicroCapClub.com, applicants must submit a micro cap investment idea. We aren't looking for "geniuses" just proof you have a micro cap brain.
Rules For New Profiles:
The investment idea can encompass any sector or industry (ie: Biotech, Oil & Gas, Technology, Mining, etc). We do not require a 20-page analyst report, but a 2-3 page investment thesis that is both concise and thorough. It is often best to explain the broad points in the thesis early on and then expound on them in more detail. All of the following should be included if possible, but the importance of some of these is going to vary depending upon the company and situation:

How to post your investment thesis?
First, register via (STEP 1) CREATE ACCOUNT. Upon registering an email will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Be sure to confirm registration by clicking the link in the email. Once registration is confirmed click (STEP 2) POST APPLICATION. Under "Topic Title", put the company name and symbol (ex: Gold Resource Corp (GORO)), and then copy/paste your investment thesis (or write it) in the space below. Once done, complete the application by pressing, "Post New Topic".
What to expect after you post your investment thesis?
Once your investment thesis is submitted for review, microCapClub members will vote on the quality of the investment thesis. Keep in mind the investment thesis will be judged more on the quality of writing then the company itself. We will get back to applicants within 2 weeks whether they have been promoted to full member status.
What happens when I become a member?
You will be sent an email acknowledging your promotion to full member status. You will then have full access to the members forum.
Can you re-apply if you are not chosen to be a member?
Yes, you can re-apply once every 60 days.

- Market Cap < $300 million
- SEC and/or SEDAR Fully Reporting Companies Only
- The application must be an original writing (not copied from another source)
- The application-investment thesis must not have been previously disseminated

- Share Structure
- Competition
- Management
- Financials
- Financing Risk
- Catalysts
- Who did you talk to at the company, and what did you learn?
- Current Valuation
- Future Expectations (e.g. new contracts, future revenue, earnings, etc.)
- Price target with supporting logic
