In this MicroCapClub radio program, Sean Marconi and I discuss the Facebook IPO and the social networking microcap benefactors (sort of) like SNAP Interactive (STVI) and Quepasa Corp (QPSA). We also talk about microcap management teams and the need for them to take the role of being “public” seriously. We both give examples of private “public” companies and some that were too promotional. Finally. Sean tells us about his trip to Denver for the holiday weekend and his follow on trip to the Bakken.
