Golconda Gold (GG.V / GGGOF): A Profitable Gold Producer Focused on Increasing Production and Not Diluting

Golconda Gold is an $80 million market cap profitable unhedged gold producer with assets in South Africa (Galaxy Mine) and New Mexico USA (Summit Mine) that expects to triple gold production over the next three years. Insiders own 40%+ and expect no further dilution. Gold producers currently trade between 8-12x EV/EBITDA, with growing gold producers trading at the top of the range.

At $3000 per ounce gold, management expects $10 million USD in EBITDA in 2025, ramping to 25 million USD EBITDA in 2026. By 2028 the company estimates they will be generating close to $50 million USD in EBITDA with strategic plans for capital allocation in dividends and buybacks.
