Michael Corbett joined Perritt in 1990, and in 1999 became the lead manager of The Perritt MicroCap Opportunities Fund. Michael also became the portfolio manager for The Perritt Ultra MicroCap Fund (PREOX) at its inception in 2004. Today, Michael Corbett is the CEO, CIO, and Portfolio Manager for all equity portfolios at Perritt. I’ve been looking forward to this interview for a variety of reasons, but the biggest one is that the Perritt Ultra MicroCap Fund has the lowest average market cap among all domestic equity funds ($57m).
